New Accounts with username and password are provided for IOTNetts customer with access to Sensor data. When you log in the first time, your username and password will be stored securely on your device for your convenience. This information is deleted when you decide to logout.
Through alarm features we enable notifications, and we must store your device token to send them to you. We never use notifications for ads nor marketing purposes.
We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. All communication with the app and backend-server utilizes encrypted HTTPS connections. Every connection is also protected with a short-living token for added security.
You may access or change your information or delete your account from the IOTNett iOS app.
Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.
IOTNett may delete your account and information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.
